李乘伊教授系国家机关老干部健康顾问团首席专家，现任世界传统文化研究院执行院长、中华临床医学会副会长、北京乘伊医学研究院院长、世界中医药研究学会主席等职。

Professor Li Chengyi is the chief expert of the health advisory group of senior cadres in state organs. He is currently the executive director of the World Traditional Culture Research Institute, the vice president of the Chinese Clinical Medical Association, the president of the Beijing Chengyi Medical Research Institute, and the president of the World Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine Research.

“在传承和创新中践行大医精诚——中医药发展感悟与思考”的主旨演讲。他首先阐述了中医药的悠久历史，中医中药植根于中国传统文化的土壤之中，是中华民族几千年来认识生命、维护健康、防治疾病的完整思想体系，是中国传统文化的结晶。其间蕴含着丰富的哲学思想和人文精神，溶于中华民族血液当中，代代传承。

Keynote speech of "Practice great Medicine in inheritance and innovation —— Understanding and thinking of TCM development". He first expounded the long history of traditional Chinese medicine. Traditional Chinese medicine is rooted in the soil of Traditional Chinese traditional culture. It is the complete ideological system of the Chinese nation to understand life, maintain health and prevent and cure diseases for thousands of years, and is the crystallization of traditional Chinese traditional culture. 李院长随后说道：“我们要继承中医药理论技术方法，集中力量在基础理论研究及重大疾病方面开展攻关，提升中医药防治水平。在中医药人才培养方面，既要完善中医师承制度，传承好老中医专家的学术思想和实践经验;又要遵循中医药规律，创新院校教育和实践基地培养模式，丰富中医药人才培养方式和途径。在中医药服务方面，要以临床实践为基础，围绕遇到的新问题、群众的新需求，积极推进中医药发展模式和中医医疗服务模式创新，推动中医药与养老、旅游、文化、体育、餐饮、生态、贸易等行业融合发展，培育新兴业态，做大做强做优中医药服务，在推进健康中国建设中发挥更大的作用。”

Li later said, " We should inherit the theories, techniques and methods of TCM, focus on basic theoretical research and major diseases, and improve the level of TCM prevention and treatment. In the training of TCM talents, it is necessary to improve the system of TCM teachers, inherit the academic thoughts and practical experience of old TCM experts, follow the law of TCM, innovate the training mode of college education and practice base, and enrich the training methods and approaches of TCM talents. In terms of traditional Chinese medicine services, on the basis of clinical practice, around the new problems, the new needs of the masses, actively promote the development mode of traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine medical service mode innovation, promote traditional Chinese medicine and pension, tourism, culture, sports, catering, ecology, trade industry integration development, foster emerging formats, bigger and stronger do superior service of traditional Chinese medicine, play a bigger role in promoting the construction of healthy China.”

李乘伊博士忠诚于祖国中医药学事业，博极医源、精勤不倦。他对工作一丝不苟，对患者满腔热忱，对生命无限敬畏，对医术精益求精，在平凡的岗位上，精心演绎着白衣使者的绚丽人生。

在多年的临床及科研基础上，李乘伊先后发表论文60余篇。其中，《关于推拿点穴的实践与疗效》一文，在第三届中医药发展论坛上被评为优秀论文特等奖;《中医“治未病”与健脾》一文，应邀在上海世博会上做主旨演讲;《道家辟谷与中医养生探源》一文，在中华健康养生产业发展论坛上引起业界广泛关注。2015年，《儒家文化与中医学漫谈》一文，在第八届中国管理科学大会论文评选中获一等奖并做大会主旨演讲。这些成就与荣誉的取得，见证着他为祖国中医药事业创新与发展做出的卓越贡献。

On the basis of years of clinical and scientific research, Li Chengyi has published more than 60 papers. Among them, the article "on the practice and efficacy of Massage Point" was rated as the special prize of excellent paper in the third TCM development forum; "TCM" cure disease "and spleen" article, invited to make a keynote speech in Shanghai World Expo; "Taoist valley and explore the source of TCM health" article, in the Chinese health industry development forum caused wide attention in the industry. In 2015, the article "Confucian Culture and Traditional Chinese Medicine" won the first prize and delivered the keynote speech of the 8th China Management Science Conference. These achievements and honors bear witness to his outstanding contributions to the innovation and development of traditional Chinese medicine.

李乘伊曾应邀出访过几十个国家和地区，多次代表中国中医界，在国际性传统中医学术交流大会上做主旨演讲，受到很高的赞誉。李乘伊被聘为中国科学家论坛副理事长，中国民间中医医药研究开发协会理事，医圣张仲景撰写的《伤寒杂病论》白云阁藏本再版特邀副主编，《科教兴国》丛书特邀副主编。

Li Chengyi has been invited to visit dozens of countries and regions, on behalf of the Chinese medicine community for many times, and delivered keynote speeches at the international traditional medicine academic exchange conference, which was highly praised. Li Chengyi was appointed as the vice president of Chinese Scientists Forum, the director of Chinese Medicine Research and Development Association, the invited deputy editor of typhoid and miscellaneous Diseases, and the invited deputy editor of "Developing the Country through Science and Education".
